We reserve the right to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions and/or the CPE Credit Policy and/or Privacy Policy at any time and re-post them to this page, and your continued use of the Website constitutes agreement with any modified and re-posted Terms and Conditions and/or CPE Credit Policy and/or Privacy Policy. Attendee contact information and data provided before during and after each webinar may be shared with the Sponsors of the courses for which the attendee has registered, for their individual marketing purposes.  We do not control how market data is used once it has been provided through the Website.

All intellectual property found on the Website, including, without limitation, trademarks, service marks, logos and copyrighted material are the property of AccountingCred or of its sponsoring organizations. Except as explicitly stated herein, you are not granted any license or other right to use such intellectual property without prior written consent, which may be requested by submitting an email to info@accountingcred.org.  In the event that you believe copyrighted material owned by you or someone you represent is being infringed upon by the Website, please notify us by submitting an email to info@accountingcred.org.

By registering for and participating in webinars through the Website, you acknowledge that we may record such sessions and that you consent to such recording and to the use of those recordings for promotional, training or other purposes.

These Terms and Conditions and the CPE Credit Policy and Privacy Policy found below constitute the entire agreement with respect to your use of the Website.  You may not assign or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania applicable to contracts made and to be performed wholly within such state.  The courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall have exclusive jurisdiction, including in personam jurisdiction, and shall be the exclusive venue for any and all controversies and claims arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions.  In the event, we must commence any action or proceeding against you to enforce these Terms and Conditions, or to recover damages or obtain injunctive or other relief resulting from the alleged breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, we shall be entitled to recover all reasonable costs and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees.  No waiver of any default or breach of any agreement or provision herein contained shall be deemed a waiver of any other default or breach thereof or of any other agreement or provision herein contained.  If any provision or portion of a provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared void and/or unenforceable, such provision or portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions, which shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

CPE Credit Policy: Live Webinars

Continuing Professional Education Credit: To receive CPE credit for the event, you must register for the webinar prior to the start of each program and login no later than the scheduled start time for the event. You must also respond to at least 75% of the attendance prompts that will appear throughout the presentation. The AccountingCred site allows users to receive free CPE for up to five courses.  You can only receive CPE credit if you have remaining course credits in your account, but you may attend as many webinars as you like on a non-credit basis.

We reserve the right to substitute presenters in the event of an illness or emergency.  In the event that a webinar must be cancelled, all registration fees (if applicable) will be refunded in full, without exception.

There is no charge to attend or cancel webinars.

AccountingCred (the Website) and its sponsoring organizations (“we”) have developed this privacy statement to protect user privacy on the Website. The purpose of this statement is to explain the types of information we obtain about users of this Website, how the information is obtained, how it is used, how it may be disclosed to others, and how users can restrict its use or disclosure.

Personally Identifiable Information

The only personally identifiable information we obtain about individual users through our Website is information supplied voluntarily by the user. Users interacting with the Website may provide their name, address, telephone number, email address, domain name or URL or other personally identifiable information that we may use for business purposes. In order to login and fully access all the features of the Website, the user must provide this information.

We do share registration data with trusted partners who serve as content providers for webinars presented through the Website. We are not responsible for any actions such third parties may take with respect to such registration data. Generally, we may use your personally identifiable information (name, postal address, email address, company name) in the following ways:

  1. To communicate with you about your account or the Website.
  2. To support the operation of the Website (i.e., account maintenance) and to troubleshoot.
  3. To send you newsletters, promotional messages, product announcements or other communications that we feel may be of interest to you, although you may opt out of receiving these communications (see “Opting Out” below).

By creating an account on the AccountingCred website you are opting in to our mailing list.

Opting Out
As part of the registration process, you will supply us with your postal address, phone number, and email address, and you will be registered to receive periodic communications from us or from our trusted partners. If you do not wish to receive communications from us you can:

  1. Opt out of receiving future emailed messages by following the “unsubscribe” instructions at the bottom of any emailed message you receive from us.
  2. If you receive communications from us by regular mail, you can opt out of receiving future such communications by contacting info@accountingcred.org.
  3. You may not opt out of communications from third parties, including our trusted partners through us or through the Website. Please contact the sender of such emails for opt-out instructions.
